Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Private Client team in Inverness. The role is newly created, offering involvement in all aspects of private client work, including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, executory administration, and trust work.

Candidates should have strong private client experience, ideally with rural business exposure, and STEP Membership or willingness to work towards accreditation.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Experience in executory administration, trusts and tax planning.

This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PQE to join its Private Client team in Inverness. This is a newly created role in a highly regarded team, and you will be involved in all aspects of private client work, including:
