Responsabilidades

• Managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate and estate administration.
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and trusts.
• Preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangements.
• Obtaining grants of probate and dealing with the administration of estates.
• Preparing estate accounts and supporting legal and financial documentation.
• Advising on the creation and administration of trusts and Deputyship Orders.
• Corresponding with the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, solicitors and other third parties.
• Dealing with new enquiries, including more complex matters.
• Providing excellent client service and building strong professional relationships.

Level 2-5 PQE

Long established Solihull firm seeks a private client solicitor to join their busy and growing department. You should have 2 - 5 years' PQE in private client and be confident handling matters independently, including high-value and more complex estates, while providing clear, practical advice and a high level of client care.
