Job summary

Austen Lloyd is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Surrey law firm for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE). You will handle a broad range of Private Client work and contribute to developing client relationships in a busy, multi-office environment.

The role requires experience in trusts, wills, probate, taxation and estate management, with some team leadership or management responsibilities. STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full range of Private Client matters including trusts, wills and probate.
• Taxation, IHT and estate management experience required.
• STEP qualification or progress towards it is advantageous but not essential.
• Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive with relevant PQE will be considered.

An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential at a super multi-office law firm at a mid to senior level.

This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm.

You will need to be a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management gained at a respected firm.

This is a mid to senior position, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
