This modern and progressive law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join their expanding Private Client team, working from any of their several offices in South Essex.

The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on matters such as wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships across the South Essex region
• Supporting the development of the Private Client department through networking and marketing initiatives
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards

Requirements:

• NQ-2 years PQE in private client law
• Interest and experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and organised approach to managing your caseload
