Job summary

Henderson Scott seeks a Private Client Lawyer (NQ+) to join the Stoke-on-Trent team. The ideal candidate is a newly qualified solicitor or experienced private client lawyer, eager to develop in a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

You will work with a diverse client base on wills, estate planning, lasting power of attorney, probate, trusts, inheritance tax, and Court of Protection matters, in a collaborative environment with strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent, from Newly Qualified level upwards.
• Solid technical knowledge of private client work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on wills and estate planning.
• Advise on lasting powers of attorney.
• Handle probate and estate administration tasks.
