Well-established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy private client department in Northampton.

Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture.

They have a vacancy for a private client solicitor to handle the following responsibilities:

1. Dealing with administration of estates from start to finish.
2. Drafting, preparing, and attesting Wills.
3. Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Tax Mitigation.
4. Drafting Trust documents.
5. Taking instructions and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
6. Drafting Powers of Attorney.
7. Handling Court of Protection matters.
8. Proven experience in business development.
9. SFE and STEP membership is an advantage.
