Job Description:

We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years of relevant Lifetime Planning post qualification experience. You will manage your own caseload and collaborate with the Lifetime Planning team.

Your responsibilities will include working on complex estate administration involving taxable estates, often with agricultural and business elements, as well as preparing deeds of variation and declarations of trust.

You will advise clients on succession, tax, and mental capacity issues, working within a team experienced in advising high net worth individuals, elderly, and vulnerable clients and their families. The role also involves handling Court of Protection matters.

This position offers the opportunity to develop skills across all areas of private client work and to enhance both technical and leadership abilities.

Working Hours:

9:00 am to 5:00 pm
