Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy Plymouth team. The role covers probate and trust work with a varied caseload and flexible hybrid working, initially part-time (3-4 days/week) with potential to expand to full-time.

The successful candidate will handle probate, trust administration, and advisory work, delivering high-quality client service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ PQE in probate and trust work
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing files independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional, friendly and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including probate and estate administration
• Oversee trust administration and related advisory work
• Provide clear, sensitive, practical advice to clients
• Manage files efficiently and independently
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards
