Job summary

Enable Recruitment is working with a Top 100 London firm to hire an experienced Private Client Solicitor. You will handle a varied private client caseload, providing tailored advice on personal and financial affairs and building client relationships.

You will develop your own practice, work with seasoned colleagues, and support clients through complex and meaningful matters, including wills, estates and trusts, with inheritance tax planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–7 years’ PQE in private client law.
• Experience managing own caseload and advising clients directly.
• Strong knowledge of wills, estate administration and inheritance tax.
• Experience of trusts and succession planning, with an interest in developing expertise.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and build confidence with clients.
• Thoughtful approach to sensitive matters and high standards of client care.
• Good drafting, organisation and financial management skills.
• Interest in developing relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of private client matters with clear, tailored advice.
• Take instructions and progress files, developing client relationships.
• Advise on wills, estate administration and inheritance tax planning.
• Administer trusts and succession planning matters as needed.
• Coordinate with accountants and financial advisers to align advice.
