Job summary

Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice in Epsom is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join a boutique firm. You will manage a varied caseload including wills, probate and estate administration, delivering clear, empathetic advice to a diverse client base.

The role offers a salary up to £55,000 and hybrid working (1 day from home), with supportive colleagues and opportunities to develop within a well-established private client team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to a diverse client base.
• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
