Job summary

Sellick Partnership, on behalf of a boutique law firm in Epsom, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a supportive team. The role covers wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration with a salary up to £55,000 and hybrid working (1 day from home).

You will manage a varied caseload, provide empathetic client advice, and collaborate with senior solicitors to drive exceptional service and career growth in a well-established private client practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to a diverse client base.
• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
