Job summary

Forrester Sylvester Mackett LLP is seeking a Private Client lawyer to handle a full caseload including probate, will drafting, and inheritance tax planning. You will build client relationships, work independently, and contribute to a supportive, experienced Private Client team.

Step qualification is an advantage, and CILEX professionals or other experienced lawyers with the right background will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in private client work.
• Experience with probate, will drafting, and inheritance tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of probate, will drafting, inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney work.
• Support clients through important life events.
• Develop client relationships and work independently within a collaborative team.

You’ll be confident managing a full caseload of Probate, Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney work. Helping to support clients through important life events.

STEP qualification would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. We’re also happy to consider experienced lawyers and CILEX professionals with the right background.
