Our client is Lexcel accredited and has multiple offices, and provides private and commercial legal services and we are seeking a Wills, Trust & Probate fee earner, a solicitor or legal executive to manage a varied caseload and also to develop business from the existing will bank as well as raising your profile across social media and attending industry events. The firm have a dedicated marketing support to assist.

This is a private high street practice and the work environment is friendly and the recruitment is due to expansion. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a career focussed on client care. With a modern approach and a very good reputation, you will fee earn unsupervised but have support from the Head of Department on complex matters.

Working with a variety of clients, you will have experience in all areas of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and will be accustomed to ideally providing legal advice and support to elderly clients.
