Job summary

Clara Rose Consultancy, a large regional firm, is seeking a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client to join the Private Client team. Based in Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich, you will manage your own caseload, work with more experienced specialists on estates, trusts, tax planning, and Court of Protection, and develop breadth across the private client discipline.

Hybrid working is offered, with support for further qualifications; a STEP qualification would be

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client.
• Experience across wills, trusts, lifetime tax planning, and Court of Protection preferred.
• Proactive, client-focused with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and work with senior solicitors on complex estates.
• Develop breadth in private client work including tax planning and Court of Protection matters.
• Support junior team members and contribute to business development.
