Private Client Solicitor
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working with Flexibility Between Locations

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join a well-established and respected private client team. This role offers a broad caseload and the chance to work with a high-quality client base, including agricultural and landed estates. Based in their sites either Taunton or their other office, with flexibility between offices, you will play a key role in the continued success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of estate administration, wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Advising clients on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Supporting high net worth clients and handling sensitive, complex matters.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private client work.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Show excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Be proactive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about career progression.
