Private Client Solicitor - 2+ PQE

A well regarded Top 200 law firm with offices across the United Kingdom is seeking to appoint a Solicitor to join its Private Client Division in Guildford. As part of the Private Client team, you will be responsible for advising on all matters relating to probate and estate administration. Clients include UK resident and non-UK resident high net worth individuals, families, trusts, landowners and business owners.

As a Private Client Solicitor within the Tax and Trusts department, you will be responsible for succession planning through wills and trusts, all aspects of inheritance tax, probate and administration of estate and trusts, as well as tax planning for entrepreneurs and business owners.
