Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status, with 1-2 years' PQE.
• Private client experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters confidently and professionally.
• Proactive approach to learning and developing technical expertise.
• Strong team-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including trusts, probate, tax planning and estate administration.
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and provide clear, practical advice.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and handle inheritance tax returns.
• Work with high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.
