Qualifications

• NQ–3 years' PQE within Private Client (if applicable).
• Experience or interest in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Proactive and organized approach to managing matters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine desire to develop a long-term career within Private Client.

Responsibilities

• Managing and assisting with a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Administering estates and handling Probate matters.
• Advising clients on Estate Planning and related Private Client issues.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working closely with senior colleagues to develop technical expertise.
• Ensuring exceptional levels of client service and compliance.
