Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Wolverhampton to handle a broad private client caseload, including wills, probate, LPAs and estates, with a focus on high-quality service and client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed private client caseload including wills, probate and estate administration.
• Draft lasting powers of attorney and advise on capacity-related issues.

If you are a Private Client Solicitor who enjoys high-quality work, building long-term client relationships and being part of a collaborative team, this is a strong opportunity in Wolverhampton.

Our client is looking to recruit a generalist Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established team with an abundance of quality work. You will manage a broad caseload across wills, probate, LPAs and estates, with the chance to deepen your expertise and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

This role offers a varied, interesting caseload and the support of experienced colleagues. You will work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and will be encouraged to take a proactive, client-focused approach, including cross-referrals and business development activity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a mixed private client caseload, including wills, probate and estate administration
• Drafting lasting powers of attorney and advising clients on capacity-related issues
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client care throughout
• Handling matters efficiently and accurately, in line with quality and risk management procedures
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers across the local market
• Supporting cross-referrals by introducing clients to colleagues in other practice areas where appropriate
• Contributing to business development activity, networking and profile raising

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with private client experience (ideally 4 to 6 years' PQE, or equivalent)
• Strong technical grounding across wills, probate, LPAs and estates
• A genuine interest in providing holistic, high-quality advice across a broad range of private client work
• Confident client relationship skills and a proactive, service-led approach
• Comfortable contributing to business development and cross-referrals
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a varied caseload effectively
