This full-time, hybrid-remote position offers a salary of £60,000-£75,000, dependent on experience.

Private Client Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Hampshire, £60,000 - £75,000 DOE - Join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client department advising on complex trusts, estate planning and succession matters within a highly regarded national practice.

THE ROLE:

You will advise on a broad range of complex private client matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts, estate planning, and succession issues. Your caseload will include advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts, providing guidance to trustees and beneficiaries, preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, inheritance tax planning, probate, and estate administration, together with drafting deeds of variation, gifts, and family arrangements. Working closely with an established Trust and Tax team, you will provide strategic advice to a high-quality client base while contributing to the continued success of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE and experience advising on trusts, estate planning, and private client matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and possess strong technical knowledge across succession and tax planning issues. STEP qualification is preferred, although candidates working towards qualification will also be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills, the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues, and a collaborative approach to working with both clients and other professional advisers.
