Private Client Solicitor
Location: Monmouthshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded and well established firm with one of the largest and strongest Private Client teams in Wales.

About the Role

This role sits within a specialist Private Client department that is consistently recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for the quality of its work and depth of expertise. The team advises individuals across the UK and is known for delivering practical, prompt and bespoke advice with a strong emphasis on client care and approachability.

You will join a structured and experienced team handling a broad and high quality caseload, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, tax and succession planning, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters. The role involves advising clients in a sensitive and professional manner and benefits from a steady flow of work within a collaborative culture.

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client work. You will have the ability to manage your own caseload confidently, demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, and take a thoughtful and empathetic approach to client matters. A desire to develop long term within a specialist team is essential.
