Job summary

Interlink Recruitment is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor for a forward-thinking law firm in London. You will manage a varied caseload across wills, LPAs, probate, trusts and estate planning, while supervising 2–5 fee earners and contributing to business development.

Hybrid working with a primary base in London, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused advice and play a key role in growing the Private Client department and mentoring junior lawyers as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Private Client law.
• Demonstrable expertise across wills, LPAs, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers or fee earners.

An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer to manage a varied caseload of complex matters, while supervising and developing junior fee earners and contributing to the continued growth of the department. The role offers hybrid working, with the primary base at the firm’s London offices as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Private Client law.
• Demonstrable expertise across wills, LPAs, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers or fee earners.
• Strong technical, client management and communication skills, with a commercially minded approach.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload independently while contributing effectively to wider team and business objectives.
