Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3–5 PQE) in Solihull to join a well-regarded private client team. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, delivering high-quality advice to individuals and families.

Key duties include drafting wills and powers of attorney, probate administration, and advising on estate planning and tax. The role offers a supportive, professional environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years’ PQE or equivalent experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and powers of attorney.
• Experience handling a varied caseload independently.
• STEP qualification desirable.

An established and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEX professional to join its growing team.

You will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious private client matters, providing high-quality advice to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
• Managing probate and estate administration.
• Advising on inheritance tax, estate planning and asset protection.
• Handling Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters.
• Advising on trusts, succession planning and later-life matters.
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development.

The Ideal Candidate
