RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.
• Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with at least 2+ PQE in Private Client work
• A proven track record of managing a broad caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, and administration
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
• A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team’s success
• Strong communication and client care skills, particularly when dealing with high-net-worth individuals
