Private Client Solicitor – Morley

A well-established and growing law firm in West Yorkshire is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Morley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3 years' PQE who is looking for a role offering genuine autonomy, a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop their career within an established Private Client practice.

You will manage your own caseload and have responsibility for advising clients across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trusts and related lifetime planning
• Advising on inheritance tax and wider estate-planning considerations

The role will involve working closely with clients from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear, practical and commercially aware advice.

The firm has a well-established Private Client offering, with work ranging from straightforward Wills and Probate matters through to more complex estates, trusts and Court of Protection applications.

Experience of advising high-net-worth clients would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

You will be joining an established legal practice with a strong presence across West Yorkshire and a broad range of specialist legal services.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with around 3 years' PQE, as well as those with more or less experience where the overall Private Client experience is relevant.
