Job summary

Simpson Judge is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive in Merseyside. You’ll handle a varied caseload with direct client contact and exposure to complex matters across the Private Client spectrum.

This role focuses on Court of Protection and services for the elderly, with opportunities to get involved in business development and growth of the team. Merseyside – multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong grounding in Court of Protection and services for the elderly
• Experience with high-net-worth and vulnerable clients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload with client contact
• Work with clients, families, courts, Probate Registry, HMRC, HM Land Registry and other professionals
• Develop business and network to grow the team
