The successful candidate will manage wills, probate, estates, LPAs and trusts while developing client relationships and contributing to business growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience advising on a broad range of private client matters.
• Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with confidence and professionalism.
• Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Private Client Advisory Work – Managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and succession planning matters.
• Client Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, families and business owners across the region.
• Business Development – Contributing to the continued growth of the department through networking and developing new business opportunities.
• Leadership & Mentoring – Supporting junior team members and helping shape the future direction of the private client team.
• Department Growth – Playing an active role in the long-term success of the firm with the opportunity to progress into senior leadership.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitorto join a dynamic and highly accomplished Legal business in the beautiful town of Harrogate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer looking for a long-term career move with genuine progression prospects. The ideal candidate will be someone with a good expertise in private client work andwould see themselves becoming a future partner – with the very attractive offer of equity partnership available.
