Job summary

G2legal is seeking a Private Client Senior Solicitor to join our Altrincham team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will lead a varied workload spanning Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and IHT planning, while mentoring junior fee earners and contributing to high-value matters with the wider team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE, strong Private Client experience with HNW clients, and a track record in billing and business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 6+PQE.
• Strong Private Client background with exposure to high-net-worth clients.
• Experience supervising and mentoring Junior Fee Earners.
• Good billing history and willingness to conduct business development.
• Ideally STEP Qualified or willing to obtain this qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse workload of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and IHT planning.
• Mentor and supervise Junior Fee Earners.
• Collaborate with the wider team on complex, high-value Private Client matters.

Our award-winning Client is looking to welcome an established Private Client Senior Solicitor into its firm, to facilitate the success and leadership of its Private Client team.

The role:

• You will be responsible for your own diverse workload of mixed complexity Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, IHT Planning and more
• You will assist in mentoring and supervising Junior Fee Earners
• You will collaborate with the wider team on complex, high-value Private Client matters

Requirements:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 6+PQE
• You will have a strong and established background in Private Client, with exposure in working with HNW Clients
• You will have experience in supervising and mentoring Junior Fee Earners
• You will have a good billing history, with experience and willingness to conduct your own BD
• Ideally, you will be STEP Qualified or willing to obtain this qualification
