The Recruiter Specialists Ltd in North Essex is seeking an experienced Private Client fee earner. You will handle a broad range of private client work including wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration and deputyships, with a client‑facing, proactive approach.

The successful candidate will be a solicitor or qualified legal executive with strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a private client solicitor or qualified legal executive.
• Broad range of private client work including wills, trusts and probate.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills, trusts and estate administration.
• Provide advice on inheritance tax planning and deputyships.
• Engage with clients and support business development.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Private Client fee earner with an expanding, multi office firm in North Essex. The successful candidate should be an experienced solicitor or qualified legal executive able to handle a broad range of private Client work including but not limited to:-

• Wills
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Estate Administration\Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deputyships
• Advance Directive

Good communication and a client friendly approach is paramount along with a willingness to get involved with Business Development.
