Job summary

The Recruiter Specialists Ltd is recruiting an experienced Private Client fee earner for a multi-office firm in North Essex. The successful candidate will be a solicitor or qualified legal executive capable of handling a broad range of private client work including wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration/probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and advance directive.

• Handle a broad range of private client work including wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration/probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships, and advance directive
• Provide excellent client service
• Participate in business development activities

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Private Client fee earner with an expanding, multi office firm in North Essex. The successful candidate should be an experienced solicitor or qualified legal executive able to handle a broad range of private Client work including but not limited to:-

• Wills
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Estate Administration\Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deputyships
• Advance Directive

Good communication and a client friendly approach is paramount along with a willingness to get involved with Business Development.
