We’re currently looking for a Private Client Lawyer (2+ years PQE) to join our well-established and highly regarded Private Client team in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer to take the next step in their career with a firm that values growth, balance, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and support clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:

Wills, trusts, and probate

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Estate planning and later life matters

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing your own client base.

Contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts, including networking and business development initiatives.

Deliver high-quality, empathetic legal advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances.

Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring excellent service and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in private client work.

Strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive attitude toward business development and marketing activities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
