Job summary

eNL is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Cardiff office at Senior Associate level. You will own a varied caseload, advising on wills, probate, trusts, tax planning and succession for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals and families.

Applicants should have 5+ years’ PQE, excellent client-relations skills, and a genuine interest in developing business across South Wales. STEP membership or progress toward it is welcomed.

• Interest in developing business in Cardiff/South Wales.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and work in a collaborative team.

THE ROLE:

• We are currently working with a highly regarded UK law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its Cardiff office at Senior Associate level.

• The team advises a diverse client base, from high-net-worth individuals and business owners to families, trustees and landed estates. Its work often involves complex personal and financial considerations, requiring a thoughtful, commercially aware approach and a long-term view of clients’ needs.
• This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied and rewarding caseload, advising clients on matters that often have a lasting impact on their families, businesses and future generations.
• Your work will span wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, tax planning and succession matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executives with at least five years’ PQE
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a personal, high-quality client service.
• An interest in developing business and building connections across Cardiff and the wider South Wales market.
• The confidence to support and mentor junior colleagues as part of a collaborative team.
• STEP membership or a willingness to work towards the qualification.
