Job summary

eNL Legal in Swindon is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with Partner level experience to lead the department and drive growth. You will manage high‑quality matters, develop the client base, and steer business development with a commercial mindset. Hybrid working is available for the right candidate.

The role requires 7+ years of PQE, strong Private Client knowledge, and a track record of leadership and client relationship management. An existing client following would be advantageous.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge and a track record of advising on Private Client matters.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering a first-class service.
• A proactive approach to business development, with evidence of turning relationships and opportunities into new work.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team while maintaining high professional standards.
• A sound understanding of the Private Client market and the commercial factors that contribute to a successful practice.
• An existing client following and a clear business plan would be advantageous, but they are not essential.
