Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor ready to take on a rewarding new role within a reputable and progressive law firm? The firm is looking for a confident and capable Private Client Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to join its highly regarded team. You’ll be based at either the Cambridge or Histon office, depending on your preference, and you’ll take on a broad caseload while benefiting from excellent support and resources.

You’ll play a key role in the firm’s Private Client department, helping to maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring a consistently high level of legal service. This full-time, permanent position would suit a Private Client Solicitor who enjoys working with autonomy but values being part of a close-knit team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, and Trust matters
• Advising a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on inheritance tax, asset protection, and succession planning
• Drafting legal documents including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trusts
• Administering estates from start to finish, including dealing with HMRC, obtaining grants of probate, and distributing assets
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through clear and compassionate communication
• Participating in business development activities to enhance the department’s profile and growth
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and firm-wide regulatory standards
