1. Advising clients on and drafting wills, powers of attorney and associated documents.
2. Assisting clients on family asset succession and protection.

You

1. 2 - 5 PQE Private Client solicitor or CILEX
2. Proven experience in advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
3. STEP & CTA qualified or part-qualified; experience of COP and Probate administration experience would be advantageous.
