Job description

The Role
A varied role involving:
  • Providing technical support and advice to the team.
  • Staying updated on legal changes.
  • Updating training for fee earners.
  • Managing client matters, taking clear instructions, and offering tailored advice.
  • Supervising support staff, including Secretaries and Paralegals.
  • Participating in marketing and business development.
  • Managing financial control, focusing on accurate time recording, cash flow, and billing.
  • Meeting CPD requirements and identifying training needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with SAR, SRA Code of Conduct, and Lexcel standards.
  • Sharing knowledge and ideas across the team and firm.

The Ideal Candidate
