We’re currently looking for a Private Client Lawyer (2+ years PQE) to join our well-established and highly regarded Private Client team in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer to take the next step in their career with a firm that values growth, balance, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and support clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:
• Wills, trusts, and probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate planning and later life matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing your own client base.
• Contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts, including networking and business development initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic legal advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring excellent service and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude toward business development and marketing activities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
