Job summary

Law Staff in Essex is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our client’s established Private Client team in Essex on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision, and provide expert advice across wills, LPAs, CoPs, and estate planning.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home), medical cash plan, death in service, cycle scheme, and a 10% bonus on target.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, CoPs, Estate Administration and Succession Planning.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Able to provide clear and accurate advice to clients.
• Knowledge of the legal process and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work to deadlines.

• A strong knowledge of all areas of private client law including:Wills, LPAs, CoPs, Estate Administration, and Succession Planning
