Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Barry office in South Wales. You will handle a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs, advising clients on estate planning and administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join an established Private Client department, managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.

Responsibilities will include advising clients on estate planning, administering estates from instruction through to completion, preparing Wills and LPAs, and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with at least one year's PQE in Private Client work, although candidates with additional experience or relevant Legal Executive qualifications will also be considered.
