Job summary

TSR Legal has been instructed to assist a well-regarded multi-office law firm as they strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of an additional Private Client Solicitor to focus on Probate matters.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload covering Wills, Trusts, Estates and Tax Planning, with up to 4 years PQE. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office) in Carmarthen and a salary in the £40,000–£50,000 range.

Qualifications

• Experience in private client matters (Wills, Trusts, Estates, Tax Planning).
• Up to 4 years PQE in private client role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

TSR Legal has recently been instructed to assist a well-regarded multi-office law firm as they look to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of an additional Private Client Solicitor to focus on Probate matters.

Our client has a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally across its offices handling a broad range of private client matters. Due to recent growth and success across several practice areas, our client is looking to expand its existing successful private client team.

Our client is looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who has recently qualified up to 4 years PQE to join its Private Client department.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling your own broad caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Tax Planning.

To be considered for this role, our client requires a candidate who has either recently qualified as a Solicitor and completed a seat within Private Client or a candidate with up to 4 years post-qualification experience.
