TipTopJob in Birmingham is seeking a Private Client Partner with 6+ years PQE to lead and shape the Birmingham Private Client department within a respected national team. The role offers scope to build something significant in Birmingham and drive strategic growth.

You will develop a high-performing team, grow relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, and advise on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and LPAs while expanding the department's profile across the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Private Client experience advising HNW/UHNW clients.
• Experience leading and developing a team of lawyers.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Ambition to build a leading regional Private Client offering.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction for Birmingham Private Client practice.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team to high performance.
• Grow relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, families and entrepreneurs.
• Represent the firm in Birmingham and wider Midlands market.
