Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment in London’s West End seeks a Private Client Partner to lead a growing team. You will handle a broad range of private client matters for HNW/UHNW clients, including cross-border work, with leadership responsibilities and significant exposure.

Hybrid working is offered (three days in the office). The role provides partner-level autonomy, ongoing business development opportunities and a clear path for progression within a thriving practice.

Qualifications

• Experience handling a varied private client caseload.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive client care and matter management.
• Clear communication to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising on wills and succession planning.
• Advising on trusts and trust administration.
• Estate planning for high-net-worth clients and families.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Court of Protection matters.
• Lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
• Handling private client matters with international or cross-border elements.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues and support business development.
