With a commitment to quality, innovation, and individual growth, the firm is undergoing continued expansion and now seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx (7+ PQE) to join their highly regarded team in Tonbridge at Senior Associate or Partner level.

The Role

• You will step into a prominent role within a high performing team, managing a broad range of complex private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Tax Planning, Estate Administration, and Probate
• You’ll have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, support junior fee earners, and be involved in business development and strategic growth
• For those joining at Senior Associate level, there is a clearly defined and supported pathway to Partnership

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• You will have significant experience advising high net worth clients and handling complex estate and tax planning matters
• A STEP qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous
• You’ll be commercially astute, personable, and ready to take on a senior role within a forward thinking and ambitious firm
