Job summary

QED Legal is seeking a Private Client Paralegal in Mansfield to join a growing Private Client team. You will support fee earners in Probate, Estate Administration, Wills and Trusts, while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.

The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a clear progression path in a respected law firm committed to client service and professional development.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades C/Level 5 or above in English and Maths.
• A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in a Private Client environment is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with day-to-day Private Client matters.
• Support Probate, Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts and IHT files.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
• Manage client communications and maintain high service standards.
• Keep electronic and physical case files well organised and up to date.
• Manage diary, deadlines, and important dates efficiently.
• Handle correspondence and liaison with clients and contacts.
• Contribute to team objectives and departmental success.
