Job summary

TN Recruits is supporting a well-established Faversham practice with a Private Client opportunity. They welcome an Experienced Private Client Paralegal or an NQ Solicitor/CILEX seeking more responsibility, training and genuine progression within Wills & Probate.

This fully office-based role focuses on wills, probate administration and client liaison, with a supportive team, on-site parking and regular salary reviews as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wills and Probate matters or willingness to learn.
• Ability to progress work after client meetings and draft documentation.
• Strong client-relations skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work across Wills and Probate matters.
• Progress work following client meetings.
• Handle Probate administration.
• Draft correspondence and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Work closely with senior and secretarial support.
