QED Legal Recruitment Limited in Greater Manchester is assisting a long-established law firm to recruit a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner. You will join a respected Private Client team and work on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and related matters for a diverse client base.

Depending on experience you may handle your own caseload or assist senior colleagues, with a flexible working pattern and a client-focused service at the heart of the practice.

Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner - Respected Firm - Highly Flexible

Location: Rochdale / Greater Manchester
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000+ Dependent on experience
Working Pattern: Highly Flexible

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner to join a team of 4 in a long-established and highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester.

The firm has a traditional approach to client care and professional standards, whilst embracing modern ways of working. They are flexible when it comes to working arrangements and are happy to tailor the role around the right individual.

Role

You will join an established Private Client and depending on your experience level you could handle your own caseload or purely assist the more senior members of the team.

You will work closely with clients on a range of private client matters. The caseload can include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection work
• High-net-worth private client matters

The firm has an established Private Client Department with a strong reputation for providing a personal and high-quality service to individuals and families.

Requirements

The firm is open to experienced Private Client Paralegals, Legal Executives and Fee Earners, with the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established department.

You should have solid experience in private client work and be confident dealing directly with clients and managing your own caseload.
