Job summary

QED Legal LLP is assisting a well-established law firm in Rochdale to recruit a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner, offering a flexible working pattern and strong client care focus.

You will work on wills and estate planning, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts and related private client matters, with either own caseload or support for senior colleagues depending on experience.

Qualifications

• The firm is open to experienced Private Client Paralegals, Legal Executives and Fee Earners, with the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established department.
• You should have solid experience in private client work and be confident dealing directly with clients and managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• You may handle your own caseload or assist senior members of the team depending on experience.
• You will work closely with clients on wills, probate, LPA, trusts, inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection, and high-net-worth matters.

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner to join a team of 4 in a long-established and highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester.

Role:

You will join an established Private Client and depending on your experience level you could handle your own caseload or purely assist the more senior members oftheteam.

You will workclosely with clients on a range of private client matters. The caseload can include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection work
• High-net-worth private client matters

The firm has an established Private Client Department with a strong reputation for providing a personal and high-quality service to individuals and families.
