Job summary

BCL Legal is recruiting a Private Client Paralegal for a Harrogate based firm. You will support a Private Client Solicitor with a varied caseload, handling Wills, estate planning, probate and Court of Protection matters.

Ideal candidates have around 3 years' experience, STEP membership is a plus, and you will work within a small, established team with on-site parking and flexible remote working.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3 years' experience in private client law.
• STEP membership preferable but not essential.
• Experience handling probate matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities
