We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal with strong Wills and Probate knowledge to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and to progress in your legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle your caseload from start to completion.
• Creation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Have a good knowledge of planning care home fees

About you:

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• At least 2 years of experience in Wills and Probate
• Good organizing skills
• Previous experience managing Wills and Probate caseload is important.
