RLS Legal Recruitment Ltd. in Plymouth, Devon seeks an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor/Lawyer to cover sickness absence. You will carry a mixed caseload of wills, probate, LPAs and elderly client advice, with some on-site work but remote collection/return possible.

ASAP start for initial weeks, with potential extension to min 3 days per week. The role requires 4+ years in private client law and a qualified solicitor, with strong client care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in private client law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent fee earning experience.
• Strong communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a private client caseload.
• Work autonomously and flexibly.
• Provide excellent legal advice to clients.
